Maintaining an active database of OPT candidates.
- Should have some understanding of the hot IT skills in the market.
Strong experience in hiring OPT/CPT/H1-B/GC/ USC candidates from Job portals, Universities, Network, Social Networking sites, and other sources and job boards .i.e. Dice, Career builder, Monster, Corp-Corp, etc.
- Strong experience in hiring OPT/CPT candidates from Job portals, universities, and network, a prior database of OPT candidates.
Maintaining an active database of potential candidates, Knowledge of visa classification Terms, Rules & Policies Visas and updates.- Knowledge of Employment Type W2, Corp to Corp,
Recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1-B, TN visa holders and EADs.
- Coordinating the entire recruitment process until the consultant is on-boarded.
Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals.- Should possess good knowledge of various technologies in the market.
1+ Years of Experience. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Should be willing to work in USA timings.
