It is essential for the candidate to have an existing database of OPT candidates.
Responsibilities
- Successfully attract and recruit OPT/H1 Transfer/ GC candidates for various technology training programs.
- Utilize strong communication and convincing skills to effectively engage with candidates.
- Coordinate the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate selection to on boarding.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of the current market technologies.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of tax terms and visa types.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with team members and consultants.
- Address the consulting needs of a major client account.
- Maintain an up-to-date and organized database of OPT/H1B/GC candidates.
