This is a full-time, on-site role for an OPT Recruiter at Cynort, located in Hyderabad. The OPT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates with OPT/CPT status for IT, Pharmaceutical, and Healthcare positions. Daily tasks include conducting interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill recruitment needs.

• Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Interviewing skills
• Knowledge of OPT/CPT regulations and visa processes
• Experience in sourcing and screening candidates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the IT, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare industries is a plus
