Job Description :- Experience in US IT recruitment & sourcing.
Responsible for handling end to end recruitment cycle.- Responsible for hiring C2C, W2 and full-time positions.
Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/ Techniques W2/ 1099/ Corp-to-Corp/ H1 Transfers and well versed with USA Visa Types.
- Experience in working with OPT/CPT, H1B, H1 Transfers, EAD, Green Card & US citizens.
Extensive sourcing of candidates using multiple sourcing channels including internal databases, job boards (i.e. LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, CB, etc.), and Social Media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.). , headhunting and networking.- Checking for right requirements that match our consultant profile in various job boards and social networking sites
Experience working with Applicant tracking tools.
- Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generate daily reports and update them on daily basis.
Responsible for negotiating with the Vendor and Clients, regarding the bill rates on w2/1099/CTC basis.- Evaluate candidate for the requirements on the basis of skills, functionality, domain, experience, qualifications
Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis.
- Must have good Verbal and Written communication skills.
Willing to work in US timings/Night Shift (EST/CST/PST time zone)
- Desired Candidate Profile
1 to 4 Years of relevant experience- Proficiency in MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Should be active in social media
- Decision Making, Time Management and prioritize the work accordingly
Ability to handle multiple tasks- Excellent Verbal and written skills
Should have Good Communication Skills.
- Good knowledge on US Visa and US tax terms
