Qualifications And Skills:
- 8-10 years of experience in OPT recruitment
- Strong knowledge of OPT regulations and compliance
- Proven experience in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Attention to detail and high level of confidentiality
Roles And Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates for OPT positions
- Screen resumes and perform initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the requirements of each role
- Manage and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct reference checks and verify candidates employment eligibility
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
