We are looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting issues related to Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems, managing Microsoft 365 applications, administering servers, and maintaining Active Directory. Your expertise in network configurations, including DNS, routers, switches, LAN/VLAN/WAN troubleshooting, and access points configurations, will be crucial in ensuring seamless IT operations.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems for end-users.
• Manage and support Microsoft 365 applications and services, ensuring smooth operation and user accessibility.
• Administer servers, ensuring their stability, security, and performance.
• Maintain and manage Active Directory, including user accounts, permissions, and group policies.
• Configure and troubleshoot DNS settings to ensure reliable and efficient network operations.
• Utilize hands-on experience with routers, switches, and VLANs to troubleshoot and optimize network connectivity.
• Configure and deploy access points, ensuring reliable wireless network coverage and performance.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to diagnose and resolve complex IT issues promptly.
• Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on IT systems and applications.

Who You Are:

• You have proven experience in troubleshooting Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
• Your knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and services is extensive, enabling you to support users effectively.
• You possess hands-on experience in server management and administration.
• Active Directory management is second nature to you, and you can handle user accounts, permissions, and group policies proficiently.
• DNS configurations are within your expertise, ensuring reliable network operations.
• You have practical experience with routers, switches, LANs, VLANs, and WANs, allowing you to troubleshoot network issues confidently.
• Configuring and managing access points for optimal wireless network performance is part of your skill set.
• You excel in collaborating with teams and stakeholders to deliver effective IT solutions.
• Documenting IT processes and procedures is a habit, ensuring knowledge sharing and continuity.
• Providing excellent technical support and training to end-users comes naturally to you.
