Job Description

  • Any discipline MBA / PGDM (Management)
  • Min 3-5 years of experience as HR generalist / HR Business partner in BFSI domain (Banking/ NBFC/Insurance/Financial Services/Investment Banking sector)
  • Working knowledge of industry standards and practices and applicable Indian Employment laws
  • Align HR strategies with business goals, focusing on organizational development, workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement.
  • HRBPs act as consultants to management, providing guidance on HR issues and helping to drive overall business performance through effective HR practices.
  • Oversee and manage Management Information Systems (MIS) for all branches, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of HR data.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring compliance and efficient service delivery.
  • Excellent communication, interviewing skills & analytical skills
