JOB DESCRIPTIONn

  • Coordinate with various Process teamsn
  • Coordinate with various Product teamsn
  • Coordinate with RPC'sn
  • Conduct Trainings for RPC'sn
  • Conduct meetings and coordinate with different business unitsn
  • Ensure Processes which are released to RPC's and confirmation is obtained for implementationn
  • Perform GL Reconciliationn
  • Coordinate with IAD audit and coordinate with RPC's for closure of audit observationsn
  • Should have knowledge of KYC documents and regulationsn
  • Identification and Implementation of the Quality Checks to be done on the new processes released of Retail Liability Operationsn
  • Performing quality control checks as per the defined parametern
  • Performing regulatory activities, tracking and reporting the same within defined timelinesn
  • Identifying controls for system validationsn
  • Liaising with Departments like Compliance/Product/ Process/ Legal/ Marketing as and when requiredn
  • Implementing controls prior and post Audit findingsn
  • Periodic vendor visitn
Conduct regular trainings

Skills Requiredn

  • Good communication skillsn
  • Interacting with various stake holdersn
  • Should have good knowledge on Excel, Word, PPTn
  • Knowledge of building queries for extracting data from reporting systemsn

( DWH , SQL etc..)n

  • Eye for detailsn
  • Knowledge of KYC guidelines
