Team description
The Operations Team Lead for IGSI will play a pivotal role in local leadership and the development of the IGSI operations teams, collaborating closely with UK team leaders. This position will involve working in tandem with various operations teams within IGSI to enhance performance through a comprehensive understanding of their roles, responsibilities, and challenges. As a key member of the IGSI Leadership Team, the Operations Team Lead will actively contribute to achieving our strategic objectives.
Description of role and key responsibilitie
sThe Operations Team Lead will be responsible for managing the Operations teams in IGSI ensuring connectivity with the UK team leaders to enable high performance and delivery across the different areas by building a positive working environment. This role is a key integrator to ensure alignment and understanding of the Bank strategic objectives and will ensure connectivity between the teams

- ipDay to day on the ground responsibility for overseeing and managing the performance of the IGSI offshore team that serves as an extension of a UK Operations team across different function

- s.Build appropriate MI to communicate IGSI Operations productivity to relevant IBP Operations leads and IBP CO
- O.Stay up to date with UK-specific regulations and compliance requirements that may impact offshore operation
- s.Working with the UK Operations Leaders and the IBP Operational resilience team to build and maintain plans to ensure IBP Operations remains resilient under severe but plausible IGSI scenario
