About the Role
We are looking for someone who has Operations/Event experience and Team handling. Who can passionately present and can explain/talk to multiple stakeholders, with the end goal of flawless campaign execution!
Responsibilities
- Supervising daily operations of the organization.
- Develop a productive, profitable, and achievement oriented working environment for employees.
- Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion.
- Supervise operations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent Client Services.
- Educate the operations team on best practices, company policies, and service excellence standards.
- Develop and maintain operational guidelines for staff.
- Oversee operational cost, risk, and audit activities.
- Assist in interviewing, recruiting, training, performance evaluation, promotion, and termination activities.
- Determine staffing requirements, work assignments, and schedules for new projects.
- Perform routine maintenance and repair works for equipment.
- Coordinate with the Manager on different operational issues and promotional activities.
- Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend improvements.
- Generate operational reports for management as needed.
- Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses, and competition.
- Make sure all employees adhere to the company's policies and guidelines.
- Act as our representative and set an example for a team member.
Requirements
- Should have 4-6 years of experience in Operations domain (in advertising industry)
- Proven experience as a Team Leader in Events, Project Management, or OOH
- Experience with recruiting and performance evaluation processes
- Familiarity with financial and customer service principles
- Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets, and statistics.
- Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Leadership and organizational abilities
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude
- Flexibility to work in shifts
