About the Role

We are looking for someone who has Operations/Event experience and Team handling. Who can passionately present and can explain/talk to multiple stakeholders, with the end goal of flawless campaign execution!

Responsibilities

  • Supervising daily operations of the organization.
  • Develop a productive, profitable, and achievement oriented working environment for employees.
  • Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion.
  • Supervise operations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent Client Services.
  • Educate the operations team on best practices, company policies, and service excellence standards.
  • Develop and maintain operational guidelines for staff.
  • Oversee operational cost, risk, and audit activities.
  • Assist in interviewing, recruiting, training, performance evaluation, promotion, and termination activities.
  • Determine staffing requirements, work assignments, and schedules for new projects.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repair works for equipment.
  • Coordinate with the Manager on different operational issues and promotional activities.
  • Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend improvements.
  • Generate operational reports for management as needed.
  • Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses, and competition.
  • Make sure all employees adhere to the company's policies and guidelines.
  • Act as our representative and set an example for a team member.

Requirements

  • Should have 4-6 years of experience in Operations domain (in advertising industry)
  • Proven experience as a Team Leader in Events, Project Management, or OOH
  • Experience with recruiting and performance evaluation processes
  • Familiarity with financial and customer service principles
  • Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets, and statistics.
  • Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Leadership and organizational abilities
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Flexibility to work in shifts
