Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge SHL is looking for an Operations Specialist to drive the successful delivery of outsourced assessment projects. You'll assist Project Managers and Senior Project Managers on composite projects, guide multiple activities to meet customer expectations, and foster a creative and innovative team environment. Your role will involve completing tasks to high standards, handling change requests, and handling their impact on project schedules.

What You Will Be Doing:
Direct small or low-complexity outsourced assessment projects using established processes.
Monitor and assist with project financials, including revenue and invoicing, via Salesforce.
Assist with composite projects across all professional services.
Ensure candidates, consultants, and customers receive the necessary materials and documents.
Set up and coordinate Zoom and Teams meetings.
Prepare guides and materials for participant orientation sessions.
Liaise with customers to ensure seamless project completion.
Coordinate with Resourcing Specialists for effective resource allocation.
Aid new working methods and customer lifecycle models.
Resolve small project issues proactively and seek guidance for larger ones.What We Are Looking For:
Essential:
Experience handling small or medium-sized outsourced assessment projects effectively.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under established time frames and shifting priorities.
High-quality work delivery with meticulous attention to detail under pressure.Desirable:
Willingness to develop technical familiarity in diverse project management areas.
Comfort working with professionals, IT staff, and customers at all levels.
Proficiency in Salesforce and business-level English language skills.
