Job Description:
Well experience to Handle Supply Chain Operations & Logistics.
Daily basis, Preparation & Reconciliation of Inventory Report.
Preparation of Sales Contracts, PI, Sales Invoice, E-Waybills, and sales related documentations.
Process Sales Orders in system for sales.
Process of Purchase Orders for Local Purchase.
Maintain record of open orders.
Co-ordination with Sales Team, Customers, Transporters & Warehouse Team.
Freight Negotiation & Arrangement of Transport.
Well knowledge of E-Invoice, E-Waybill & GST.
Develop new vendors to maintain cost efficiency.
Provide Open Order updates to Sales Team and keep track on the same.
MIS Reports Inventory, Outbound, Handling.
Submit vendor bills for payment (Transport Warehouse, Handling.)
Co-ordination with respective teams to collect updates on pending orders & submission of vendor invoices.
Verify vendor bills with their agreed rates / quotations & actual uses of service to process payments.
Co-ordination with concern team for vendor payments & discrepancies in vendors invoices.
Submit Daily Reports to Sales Team & Operations Manager.
