Duties and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for operation of various equipment such as pumps, motors , motorised valves, VFDs , HT Power systems, Diesel Generators, UPS systems, Solar power , Cathodic Protection Systems, lighting systems etc., of a LPG cross country pipeline.
2. Shall be conversant with periodic monitoring of Earthing and lightning protection, High mast lighting, Cable jointing, termination and OFC network maintenance.
3. Shall be conversant with the relevant OISD and PNGRB standards and guidelines to handle the electrical systems independently in terms of operation and maintenance.
4. Shall organize conduct regular audits and avail statutory permissions pertaining to Electrical equipment
5. Shall be responsible for adhering and implementing the safety standards prescribed for Oil & Gas Industry
6. Shall Inspect installations and observe operations to ensure compliance with design and equipment specifications and safety standards
7. Shall be responsible for assurance of Quality in pipeline operation
8. Shall be participant in all safety and operational audits
9. Shall prepare and submit the maintenance schedule and budget, for sanction at the appropriate level
10. Shall be prepared for challenges and multi-tasking as per the requirements of the job
11. Shall be responsible for the preparation of various documents and reports relevant for the jobs handled
12. Shall be responsible for carrying out the timely maintenance of the facilities for seamless and safe operation
13. Shall be responsible to do any other duties assign by the management from time to time
Skills and Qualifications
1. Candidates shall be a Bachelor Degree (Full-Time) holder in Electrical Engineering, from Institution/ College/ University/ Deemed University duly recognized by
UGC/AICTE with minimum 60% aggregate percentage (or equivalent CGPA & above). (Full-time regular course).
2. Age of the candidate shall not be more than 30 years as on the date of advertisement of vacancy.
3. Candidates shall be a good team player and have the required passion to learn, drive and excel in his line of activities in the assigned jobs
4. Candidates shall have good communication skills in local language, Hindi or English.
5. Candidates shall be medically fit and employable for the job and shall go through a
complete medical examination before employment
