Eligibility Criteria

B.Com Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field

Previous experience in loan processing or a related field.

Familiarity with eligibility criteria and documentation for loans.

Role Description: As an Operations Officer or Loan Processing Officer, your role revolves around managing and facilitating various aspects of loan processing within a financial institution. Your responsibilities may vary depending on the organization, but here is a general description of the roles and responsibilities associated with these positions

Key Responsibilities:

As an Operations Officer in our loan processing department, your primary responsibilities will include:

Receive loan application files from channel partners.

Organize and manage necessary documents to meet the requirements of banks and NBFCs.

Review essential documents like bank statements, salary slips, GST records, and ITR to assess customer eligibility.

Initiate the file submission process based on customer profiles and lending policies.

Maintain regular communication with channel partners and bank staff for seamless processing of loan applications.

Strive to increase the approval rate by ensuring eligible applicants meet lending criteria.

Oversee the disbursal process to ensure efficient fund transfer to approved loan applicants.

Facilitate the loan application process to provide customers with the financial assistance they require.
