Our Client is looking for the Associate in the NBFC Division.
Job description:
- Manage and optimize operational processes related to loan processing/Customer service/collections.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline workflow
- Analyses operational data and trends to forecast demand, allocate resources effectively
- Stay updated on industry best practices, market trends/regulatory changes
- Drive initiatives for process automation, digital transformation, and technology adoption to enhance operational efficiency & customer experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations management
- Strong understanding of NBFC regulations/compliance/risk management principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 400,000.00 - 500,000.00 per year
