Overseeing the logistics of daily operations for hyperlocal deliveries -- For both B2B & B2C- Coordinating with riders for timely deliveries and ensuring the coordination with them for better alignment and ensuring their performance is met and attendance is always there
Hiring riders from the ground whenever required as per the project requirement and maintaining the records for them
- Salary record sharing and maintaining the records for their attendance, orders completed, shifts completed and ensuring that cash is collected and deposited in bank in a timely fashion and as per SOP
Coordinating with clients for improved operations performance and resolving realtime issues occuring on the ground- Ensuring that the deliveries are happening via a tech platform provided by the company and optimizing the deliveries via that platform and ensuring that every order is being done via that platform only
