Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
- Manage the daily functions of the business (basic accounting, travel quotations, ticket issuance, query management and timely follow-up)
- Knowledge of Amadeus and Galileo
- Prepare travel itineraries based on the customer requirement.
- Ensure smooth running of customer's travel (both air and land)
- Manage budget to align with goals of business
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Comfort working with multiple groups within business
