Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Pune. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team, implementing process improvements, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring operational efficiency. They will also collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and optimize productivity.

Handling Branch Operation

  • Provide best in class Customer Service and ensure customer delight
  • Responsible for sales from distributors and walk-in customers, advising them on market scenario and suitable products
  • To accept applications and ensure that the same are in alignment with compliance guidelines and time stamp as per agreed guidelines
  • Service Queries to be resolved within TAT, critical query management & managing escalations as per the investor need
  • To ensure reconciliation of records and update HO on queries within 24 hours
  • Transactions are processed with zero error
  • Interacting with CAMS on daily basis for issue resolution
  • Manage irate customers
  • Should be completely updated on the various products(PMS/AIF) and market scenario

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and managerial skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience in operations management or a related field
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of the recruitment and employment industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field
