Job Role:

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of a retail store, ensuring smooth operations, efficient customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Property Management System.
• Ensure system functionality, stability, and performance to meet organizational needs.
• Implement updates, patches, and enhancements in collaboration with vendors.
• Manage and configure user access, permissions, and security settings.
• Lead efforts to troubleshoot system issues, minimizing downtime and resolving problems in a timely manner.
• Provide tiered technical support for PMS-related issues.
• Liaise with the IT department and vendors for high-level problem resolution.
• Act as the main point of contact with PMS vendors, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
• Negotiate service agreements, including maintenance and support contracts.
• Work with internal stakeholders (operations, IT, finance) to ensure that the PMS supports business objectives.
