Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Workassist located in Ahmedabad. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring operational efficiency. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies and improve performance. The Operations Manager will play a key role in driving productivity and delivering exceptional customer experience.

  1. Provide best in class Customer Service and ensure customer delight
  2. Responsible for sales from distributors and walk-in customers, advising them on market scenario and suitable products
  3. To accept applications and ensure that the same are in alignment with compliance guidelines and time stamp as per agreedguidelines
  4. Service Queries to be resolved within TAT, critical query management & managing escalations as per the investor need
  5. To ensure reconciliation of records and update HO on queries within 24 hours
  6. Transactions are processed with zero error
  7. Interacting with CAMS on daily basis for issue resolution
  8. Manage irate customers
  9. Should be completely updated on the various products(PMS/AIF) and market scenario.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience in process optimization and operational efficiency
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Experience in the recruitment or HR industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
