Oversee the whole student journey, from onboarding and learning to placement, to ensure that every student has a consistently great and satisfying experience.
- To enhance the productivity of team members by providing effective guidance and delegating tasks accordingly.
To enhance our business reputation by developing strong ties with companies, colleges, and industry experts.
Head key departments such as trainer delivery management, academics, and placement to ensure the institution's smooth operations.- Supervise and organize a variety of student experience activities, ensuring that students abilities are effectively enhanced.
Build partnerships with reputed companies and onboard them as hiring partners.
- Coordinate with our Placement team to assist our students in getting employment at reputed companies.
Manage the institute's website and ensure that it is up-to-date and optimized for search engines.- Organise events at colleges in order to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Support the video production team that includes content writers, anchors, cameramen, editors, etc., and ensure that there is consistent posting of videos on our social media platforms.
- Reach out to prominent industry professionals and invite them to share their expertise with our students via a seminar or webinar.
Collaborate with the branding team to identify more strategies to increase brand building measures.
5+ years of experience in a similar role.- Candidates who graduated with an MBA from a reputable institution would be given preference.
Proven leadership experience within ed-tech or student-centric environments, fostering vibrant learning communities.
- Good email etiquettes and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel as required.
