Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Manager at Volktek in Hyderabad. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing resources, implementing strategies to improve efficiency, and ensuring smooth workflow in the manufacturing and design processes.

• Experience in operations management and process improvement
• Knowledge of factory automation and manufacturing processes
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the technology or manufacturing industry is a plus
