Lead the implementation of innovative technologies and processes to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer (parents) satisfaction.
- Continuously assess and refine operational procedures to drive organizational effectiveness.
Strategic Partnerships:
- Negotiate and secure key strategic partnerships to expand the institution's product offerings and market reach.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive mutual success.
- Executive Team Leadership:

Performance Measurement and Continuous Improvement:- Implement performance measurement systems to provide real-time data for informed decision-making.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on performance metrics and stakeholder feedback.Stakeholder Relationships:

- Serve as a key liaison between the institution and its stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
Corporate Social Responsibility:
- Oversee the development and implementation of corporate social responsibility initiatives, aligning the institution with sustainable practices and community engagement.
Program Budgeting and Fundraising:- Develop and maintain program budgets aligned with overall organizational goals.
Design and implement fundraising strategies, oversee event planning and management, and reconcile expenses.Administrative Oversight:
Manage the day-to-day workflow of the executive administrative team, collaborating with Directors to coordinate administrative needs and interdepartmental recognition and awards.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in institutional development, revenue growth, and educational innovation.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, technology integration, and faculty development.
- Experience in budget management, fundraising, and event planning.
