The individual should have strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. They should have an understanding of education laws, POCSO and POSH regulations and compliance standards. The candidate is required to have 10 to 15 years of experience in a school with any post-graduate degree.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop implement strategic plans aligned with the overall goals and vision of the school Collaborate with the leadership team to set objectives, targets, SOPs, and JDs already existing Oversee larger group events to run smoothly from start to finish Organize annual POSH training along with the HR, presiding officer and timely submission of report to the Deputy Commissioner, Gurgaon Ensure efficient utilization of resources, including staff, facilities, budget Recruit, train, supervise administrative support staff Implement performance management systems and ensure staff development Oversee maintenance development of school facilities Coordinate with relevant departments for infrastructure improvements expansion Ensure compliance with local National Education Regulations Oversee implementation integration of professional processes for smooth running of the catering services Lead the lunch team to ensure smooth functioning of serving daily meals to children Build maintain positive relationships with students, staff, parents, caterers to ensure satisfaction Ensure timely approval and renewal of the annual lunch contract Ensure timely submission of lunch bills to the accounts department and payments for all meals and events Represent the school in community events activities Implement monitor quality assurance measures to enhance the educational experience for students Oversee implementation integration of technology in educational processes Work with IT departments to ensure smooth functioning of digital systems Build maintain positive relationships with parents, local communities, educational stakeholders Monitor financial performance, identify areas for cost savings, ensure financial sustainability Conduct regular assessments evaluations of academic non-academic programs
