We are one of the leading F&B products distribution company in Kochi. We are currently seeking dynamic and experienced candidates to lead our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate transportation and distribution operations of products to ensure timely delivery to customers. Oversee daily routes and improve route plans to ensure timely deliveries.
- Develop cost reduction initiatives while maintaining productivity and quality.
- Follow and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages and maintain adequate stock levels.
- Assist in inventory management activities including receiving, storing, rotating and handling supplies in Warehouse.
- Conduct regular inspections of transportation vehicles to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Address any issues related to product quality or transportation damage promptly.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules , delays and any other relevant information .
-Work with warehouse and transportation staffs to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
-Motivate and discipline staff, and train new employees.
-Implement operational policies and procedures, and oversee security operations.
-Maintain documentation and keep accurate records of warehouse activities.
- Set distribution goals and plan and manage distribution operations to achieve the set goals.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
A minimum of 2-3 years of management experience.- Excellent organizational and management skills to include the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and assign responsibilities accordingly.
Strong ability to manage profit & loss.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Knowledge in MS Office applications.
