Operations Manager

Pawzible is a leading pet services provider, specializing in grooming, aquarium cleaning, dog walking, and various other pet-related services. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Category Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the hiring process for our pet care agents, establishing relationships with veterinary professionals, and managing day-to-day operations on the ground to ensure our furry clients receive top-notch care.

Key Responsibilities

Agent Recruitment and Onboarding:

Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various roles, including groomers, aquarium cleaners, dog walkers, and other service providers. (Assistance will be provided)

Coordinate the hiring process, including conducting background checks and reference checks.

Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a continuous pool of qualified candidates.

Facilitate the onboarding process, including training and orientation for new agents.

Veterinary Relations:

Identify and establish relationships with veterinary doctors and clinics in the local area.

Collaborate with veterinarians to onboard them as partners for our pet care services.

Maintain ongoing communication and partnerships with veterinary professionals to ensure the health and well-being of our clients pets.

Operations Management:

Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth delivery of pet care services.

Monitor agent schedules and assignments, adjusting as needed to meet client demands.

Address and resolve operational issues and challenges in a timely and efficient manner.

Implement and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Management and Business Development:

Identify key areas of Improvement, new category additions and support the social media team in guiding them towards the right finding and target audience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (preferred).

Previous experience in operations

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A genuine passion for pets and their well-being.

Compensation: 6lacs - 10lacs per annum and ESOP's to form a core operational team
