Job Description

Nun Kun is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bakery at Lodhi Colony. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the bakery runs smoothly, efficiently, and in line with our high standards of quality and customer service. Your role will involve managing staff, optimizing operational processes, controlling inventory, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will also work closely with the management team to implement strategies that drive business growth and maintain the bakery's reputation.
  • Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bakery, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high standards of product quality and service.
Monitor production processes, ensuring consistency in the preparation and presentation of bakery products.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise bakery staff, including bakers, servers, and support staff.
Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement staff development programs.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of fresh, high-quality ingredients.
  • Ensure a consistently high level of customer service is provided to all guests.
Address customer feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the bakery.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Requirements:
Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role within the food service, bakery, or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
