The role is to oversee a leased commercial development of approx. 200,000 sq Ft. in Kigali, Rwanda. The country of Rwanda is absolutely stunning; the legal system and institutions are strong. Rwanda is consistently ranked as one of the safest countries in the world. And also one of the cleanest countries in the world. The concerned property is amongst the highest-caliber in the country.
The ideal candidate will be able to effectively lead a team, manage relations with tenants, ensure that accounts are entered and that building maintenance is completed. It is an enjoyable and multi-faceted role in a comfortable environment.
Pre-requisites:
- Strong written and oral command in English is critical
- Mature, clear-minded, determined, seasoned individual
- The ability to multitask, handle multiple responsibilities, and demonstrate sound judgment is absolutely required.
- Excellent with Google Sheets
Responsibilities
- Maintain existing relations with tenants, and be equipped to converse with them via documents, and from time-to-time or in person meetings.
- Manage, find & apply new avenues to increase sales and revenues
- Be able to overlook Accounts Team, and Site Maintenance Team work & work with them to prevent &/ or eradicate any issues
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of responsible colleagues from accounts, sales, and maintenance. Ensure that quality of work or service is consistently maintained.
- Keep the concerned property in check regularly and address any issues promptly.
- Have a deep and thorough understanding of online and physical filing systems, and maintain them on a daily basis.
- Provides guidance to more junior staff; Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to draft legal papers and work under pressure. Ability to apply sound legal judgment in the context of assignments given.
- Communication: Speak and write clearly and effectively; listen to others, correctly interpret messages from others and respond appropriately; ask questions to clarify, and exhibit interest in having two-way communication; tailors language, tone, style and format to match audience; demonstrates openness in sharing information and keeping people informed.

Education
MBA, BE, Engineering, LLB, or BTech or similar qualification
Languages
