As part of our Influencer Marketing Team, we are looking for a skilled Operations Manager to oversee campaign execution, ensure smooth collaboration among teams, and maintain strong influencer and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Coordination & Collaboration

Act as the central point of contact among various teams, including marketing, creative, account management, finance, and creator management.

Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across departments.

Influencer Relationship Management

Work closely with the influencer relations team to identify and manage relationships with influencers.

Oversee influencer payments and invoices by coordinating with the commercials and finance teams.

Process Development

Create and implement efficient processes to improve operational quality and speed.

Relationship Building

Maintain positive client relationships by promptly addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

Influencer & Campaign Resource Management

Allocate and manage resources related to influencer campaigns for maximum efficiency.

Vendor Partnership & Management

Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and creative agencies.

Performance Reporting

Prepare detailed reports on operational and campaign performance for internal stakeholders and client presentations.

Feedback Collection

Gather feedback from clients and team members post-campaign to refine and improve future operations.
