Knowledge / Education
Bachelor's degree in management, Business Administration, or a related field.
4-6 years of relevant experience in operations, facilities management, or a similar role.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities and % Time Spent
1. Security Management - (30%)
- Oversee all aspects of campus security operations, ensuring a safe environment for faculty, staff, and students.
- Develop, implement, and regularly update security protocols and emergency response plans.
- Coordinate fire safety audits, including training staff on fire extinguisher usage and emergency procedures.
2. Workspace Allocation (20%)
- Manage and optimize the allocation of workspaces for faculty and staff, enhancing productivity and collaboration.
- Work closely with various departments to assess their space needs and make necessary adjustments to optimize usage.
3. Documentation & Compliance (20%)
- Maintain thorough and accurate records related to operational activities, security measures, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure full adherence to statutory regulations and internal campus policies to mitigate risk and enhance operational integrity.
4. New Build Handover and Preparedness (30%)
- Prepare data and checklists for the handover of newly built facilities, ensuring all operational needs are met.
- Collaborate with various departments to support operational readiness for new spaces and promptly address any emerging issues.
Any Other Significant Input
Experience working in educational institutions or similar settings.
Proficiency in documentation management systems and project management tools.
