ICL is committed to assist Sponsor companies and CRO's with their imaging requirements as they discover/develop new drug therapies ICL, a partner company of Teleradiology Solutions and Telerad Tech is using its experience in Clinical Trial Imaging, Technology and Workflow development to offer a complete range of services in the Management of Imaging in Clinical Trials Exploring a need in the clinical trial space for an integrated image management company that has the resources and technology to offer optimal and cost efficient solutions to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device companies and other organizations such as CROs, engaged in global imaging clinical studies.
Position Overview: As the Operations Manager (ICL), you will oversee the full spectrum of ICL project operations, ensuring efficient management of resources and team productivity. You will be responsible for coordinating schedules, conducting project progress meetings, and communicating hiring needs to HR to support project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Operations Management:
Oversee and coordinate all aspects of ICL projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Monitor project progress and identify potential issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
2. Team Leadership:
Manage and support team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Conduct regular check-ins (weekly/mid-week calls) to discuss project status, challenges, and team performance.
3. Resource Allocation:
Develop and maintain team schedules to optimize productivity and resource utilization.
Ensure that team members have the necessary tools and information to succeed in their roles.
4. Hiring and Talent Management:
Collaborate with HR to identify hiring needs based on project requirements.
Participate in the recruitment process, including interviewing and selecting candidates.
5. Performance Monitoring:
Track team performance metrics and provide feedback to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Conduct performance reviews and recommend professional development opportunities.
6. Communication and Reporting:
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
BDS, BPharm, BHMS, BSc nursing or medical back ground with a focus on Healthcare or a Clinical background.
Proven experience in operations management within the clinical research or healthcare sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in project management tools and software.
Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to drive project success.
