We're looking for Operations Manager - With Hydraulic project (canals, dams, barrages) Handled experience for 10+ years.
- Expected Qualification: BE/MTech (Civil Engineering)-Minimum 15+ years of experience in handling large construction project sites especially hydraulic structures like canals, dams, barrages etc.

R & R:
Waterproofing of large Hydraulic Structures like dams, canals, tunnels, reservoirs etc & Construction Work
Good knowledge of Civil Standards, preferably knowledge in irrigation/hydraulic structures
Should be a good learner and quick to adapt to organization's needs. Should be a good planner and well organized. Should be excellent in MS Office and other tools required for project management. Manage and supervise workforce, including task allocation, setting deadlines, and monitoring performance. Excellent English-speaking skills and should be able to communicate well with Head office in Europe Experience in handling clients/high end clients and ensure a smooth successful project execution. Oversee the budgeting and proper monthly tracking of the progress of each project. Evaluate the performance of each project and their margins. Experience in detailed drawings of hydraulic structures(preferable), other commercial infrastructures establishment, superstructures, and substructures
Understand the critical path in the project and arrive at a mitigation effort. Ability to speak Hindi, English and any South Indian language (preferably Tamil).
The candidate should be ready to travel to all sites and make reports and improvements in each site and report to the management on time on the progress of each project.
