We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager with a background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (BE EEE) with Utility Experience. The ideal candidate will oversee and optimize operations, ensure efficient resource utilization, and drive organizational growth by managing technical and operational teams effectively.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of projects and processes.
- Lead, plan, and execute electrical and electronics engineering projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards and safety protocols.
- Manage cross-functional teams to achieve production, maintenance, and operational goals.
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Conduct regular team meetings to address issues, provide updates, and align on goals.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for operational growth.
- Prepare and manage budgets, analyze cost efficiency, and monitor expenses.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, equipment, or methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (BE EEE) is mandatory.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in engineering or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge in electrical systems, processes, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve high performance.
- Proficiency in using project management and operational tools/software.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance protocols.
