Job Summary: The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the gaming and entertainment facility, ensuring a high level of service, efficiency, and profitability. Key Responsibilities
Operational Management:
- Oversee all aspects of the facility's operations, including gaming areas, entertainment zones, food and beverage services, and retail spaces.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team of employees, including supervisors and frontline staff.

Qualifications
