Job Description

Job Summary: The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the gaming and entertainment facility, ensuring a high level of service, efficiency, and profitability. This role requires a dynamic leader with excellent management skills and a deep understanding of the gaming and entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management:

  • Oversee all aspects of the facility's operations, including gaming areas, entertainment zones, food and beverage services, and retail spaces.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team of employees, including supervisors and frontline staff.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.

Customer Experience

  • Monitor and enhance the overall customer experience, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve customer service and operational excellence.

Facility Management

  • Ensure the facility is well-maintained, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and security teams to address any operational issues promptly.
  • Oversee the procurement and management of supplies, equipment, and inventory.

Event Management

  • Plan and execute events, promotions, and activities to attract and retain customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement promotional strategies.
  • Monitor the success of events and make recommendations for improvements.

Vendor And Stakeholder Relations

  • Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align operational goals with broader business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the gaming and entertainment industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in operational management software and tools.
  • Financial acumen and budget management experience.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
