Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Global Village Ooty in Ooty. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, coordinating events, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality management, operations, and customer service
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospitality management software
- A degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Preferred from in or around Tamil Nadu.
