Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability
- Manage the daily functions of the business
- Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
- Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
- Manage budget to align with goals of business
- Responsible for over all Region's Facility Operations
- Responsible for ensuring all maintenance-related schedules(52 Week Plan, PPM Checklist) & shut down activity plans are executed in-house on time.
- Supporting the maintenance of electrical & mechanical infrastructure per manufacturers recommendation and corporate specifications.
- Manage Deployed Manpower at Client Location and fulfill the needed manpower at the client's location.
- Familiar with IoT tools, alerts & trends reading skills, data extraction, review and analysis of the data, and appropriate quick actions on the alerts from the BMS/IoT tools.
- Knowledge of the new project takeover, due diligence/Risk analysis, and snags identification.
- Weekly/Monthly reports creation from the BMS/IoT tools and submit to the Client and management in time.
- Maintain appropriate Client relationships to perform the necessary Facility repair and maintenance.
- Understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs), and Sequence of Operations and maintenance standards to be in compliance with Digital Realtys standards and industry best practices
- Support accurate and timely reporting on all aspects of the Facility operations
- Enforce compliance with all OH&S procedures and requirements, including permit to work, risk assessments, safe work method statements, and personal protective equipment.
- Support site safety and hazard identification inspections.
- Report all safety concerns, hazards, near misses, and incidents.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Comfort working with multiple groups within the business
- Willingness to travel within the region
