Position Summary:
We are looking for a talented and creative Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO, a knack for engaging storytelling, and the ability to write compelling content for various platforms, including our website, advertisements, outbound communications, and product descriptions. You will play a key role in shaping our brand's voice and connecting with our diverse customer base.
Expectations:
- The eCommerce Operations Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing a diverse portfolio of cross-functional operational initiatives.
- This is a multidisciplinary role, where the primary purpose is to ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operational management across all eCommerce offers and processes.
- This role will engage with, and support, several departments including Order Fulfilment, Stores, Delivery, Customer Care, IT & Financial Services.
- This position will work with internal and external partners to address issues and concerns and continually look for ways to improve the processes and systems.
- This position will also work with management to develop strategy and long-term planning for the eCommerce operations team.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong operational 3PL logistics expertise to effectively support and develop the DC operations in alignment with our partners.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end DC processes and garment flow, service level agreement with 3PL.
- Solid knowledge in regional and global operational logistics standards, service level promise (online/ stores), as well as sustainability targets.
- Strong communication & coordination skills.
- Holistic view to look at the bigger perspective with a visionary approach.
- Ability to encourage collaboration, co-creation and people development by empowering others.
