Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager at DropX Logistics, focused on last-mile hub operations. The Operations Manager will oversee multiple e-commerce delivery hubs, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of packages to end customers. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day hub operations, monitoring delivery timelines, optimizing last-mile processes, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and implementing cost-saving strategies across hubs. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet customer demands and maintain service quality standards in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple hubs, optimizing hub performance, and driving continuous improvement in last-mile delivery efficiency
