Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Drivers4Me. As an Operations Manager, your day-to-day tasks will include overseeing driver recruitment and onboarding, managing driver performance and quality, coordinating driver schedules, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, resolving customer complaints and issues, and optimizing driver operations for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in operations management, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using technology and mobile apps
- Knowledge of local transportation regulations and policies
- Experience in driver recruitment and management is a plus
