Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
- Manage the daily functions of the business
- Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
- Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
- Manage budget to align with goals of business
- Good technical Basic Electronics and Electrical knowledge
- SOP, KRA, KPI, ISO & MIS report preparation knowledge
- Electronics components testing and measurement, QA and QC skill
- Team performance monitoring & efficiency improvement skills
- Materials sourcing and vender development skill
- Production process and materials movement analyzation skill
- After Sales support activities skill towards customer satisfaction
- This position required experience and involvement from Raw materials sourcing, Production process, Delivery, Installation and After Sales Support along with required documents preparation.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Comfort working with multiple groups within business
