• Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational processes.

• Coordinate with different departments to align operational goals with overall business objectives.

• Supply Chain Management:

Manage the supply chain and distribution channels to ensure timely delivery of products.

• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.

Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock management.

• Process Improvement:

Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various operational processes.

Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established processes and procedures.

• Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Prepare and present reports to senior management on operational performance and metrics.

Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive operational improvements.

• Team Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination and achievement of business goals.

• Provide training and support to team members to enhance their productivity and performance.

Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to encourage team success.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, supply chain management, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other operational tools.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
