Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in operations management or a related role, with a track record of success in improving processes and driving operational excellence.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals and deliver results.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Knowledge of relevant regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operations management software.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
