Job Description

We are looking for talented individuals for Backend Operation role who are passionate about making a big impact in customer success including physicians primarily based in UK

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all backend processes.
  • Exposure to international client Handling.
  • Can work independently & must be an Initiator.
  • Interested in Backend Process
  • Understand the problem of customers and handle escalations.
  • Providing customer support via phone, email, and live chat
  • Recording customer feedback and suggestions
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with customer

Required skills & Competencies:

  • 3+ years of experience in Backend operation, Customer specialist, Client service
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
  • Excellent communication skills are required
  • Prior experience in customer service, account management, or a related field is preferable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00 - 45,000.00 per month
