Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficient execution of projects. The role is based in Mumbai but allows for some remote work.

As an Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Your efforts will directly impact the success of our projects and overall business growth.

• Ability to define, implement and enforce the organization s Configuration Management and Change Management policies and practices
• Make recommendations and capacity planning to provide a steady, cost-effective infrastructure to meet the availability demands of the organization
