Job Title: Operations Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of office operations at ADBC Media Channel. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the media or broadcasting industry. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of operational processes.
Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency across all departments.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
- Manage office resources, including budgeting, procurement, and inventory control.
- Oversee facilities management, including maintenance, security, and office infrastructure.
- Lead and mentor a team of administrative and operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with department heads to coordinate and optimize cross-functional workflows.
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, outlining operational achievements, challenges, and goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 10 years in operations management, with significant experience in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the media or broadcasting industry is highly desirable.
- Certification in Operations Management or related field.
