Operations Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee our operations department in Jaipur. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring flawless execution of processes, maintaining zero errors, achieving management-set targets, and exceeding client expectations. Timely reporting and updates will be critical to drive operational efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and quality.

- Implement and uphold stringent quality control measures to eliminate errors.

- Develop and monitor operational KPIs to track performance and meet targets.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

- Handle client requirements and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.

- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.

- Prepare comprehensive reports and deliver timely updates to management.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- Proven experience 3 years in operations management or a related role.

- Solid understanding of operational processes and best practices.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; additional certifications (e.g., PMP) are advantageous.

- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP software is preferred
