We're on the hunt for a motivated and passionate Entry-level Operations Associate to join our team.
As our Operations Management Associate, you'll be an integral part of the team, working behind the scenes to help keep the magic of our treats flowing smoothly with utmost precision and care. You'll have a hands-on role in all aspects of our operations, from managing inventory and supplies to ensuring everything is running smoothly and efficiently (including the monthly gelato tasting party ).
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring optimal utilisation of resources and adherence to production schedules
- Developing and maintaining a detail-oriented logistic flow from sourcing ingredients to serving the final product
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and optimize stock rotation
- Establish a robust quality assurance system and conduct regular quality checks to uphold the highest quality standards for our products
- Develop and enforce safety protocols and procedures. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and create a safe working environment for all employees
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent product quality and safety
- Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track and improve production efficiency, quality and other areas
