Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients.
  • Answer inquiries and provide MICE service information.
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups.
  • Assist in coordinating with the operations team.
  • Detail-oriented and organized mindset
  • Knowledge of the travel industry is a plus
  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Travel & Tourism, or related field
