Role Description

This is an internship role in the Sports Operations Department at our Mumbai location. The Sports

Operations intern will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities of various verticals - managing sports facilities, academies, coordinating events and tournaments, and ensuring smooth operations. They will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, sports teams, coaches, and other stakeholders, as well as managing budgets and resources.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing academy programs to enhance skills and promote sports participation
• Planning and organizing sports events, tournaments, and clinics for athletes of all levels
• Collaborating with coaches, staff, and partners to ensure successful execution of events
• Managing registration, logistics, and communication for academy sessions and events
• Evaluating and analyzing performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies and event outcomes
• Cultivating relationships with participants, sponsors, and stakeholders to foster a strong community presence

Qualifications

• Experience in Sports Management or a related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Team player with strong problem-solving abilities
• Strong ability to multitask
• Knowledge of sports facility operations and event management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
