The company also provides training for aspiring voices in techniques to enhance their skills and improve performance in any language.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Intern at Sound & Vision Studios in Hyderabad. As an Operations Intern, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations, including project management, facility support, and communication with vendors. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with all stakeholders involved in the project to ensure the delivery of creatives and all other elements of the project. All elements must be as desired by the client.
• Coordinate the overall production quality of the project.
• Ensure the delivery of all promises to the client which includes coordinating for AORs & LL
• Ensure that ARS and FN are delivered as per client's schedule.
• Ensure closure of payment advice (PA) in coordination with production. Check the PA made by the Direction team.
• Send an Invoice to the Client.
• Adhere to set processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in Hindi, English & Tamil
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Relevant coursework or degree in business or related field
